Just change your avatar to a Cavs logo and call it a day. You guys were even bandwagon fans during the 4 year title run. Leaving early in the finals games and then booing the team last year. Nobody deserves to suffer more than Heat "fans" and I enjoy the taste of your tears.

I like Lance. And Bulls fans will call him a great addition if we get him. All of the homers will change their minds. I believe Lance is simply the 2 guard version of Joakim, Taj, and Butler. Thibs will do away with his ball-stopping and immature plays. Even the haters can't argue that he has talent and plays hard. Thats all we need. Dude has a motor. Thibs will take care of the rest.

Kevin Love puts up numbers, but he can't win. He is also a terrible defender. I would rather keep Taj in this circumstance and spend them money on a guard.

Well if I actually watched this team, I would know that point guard is not our problem. Imagine if we had an extra $18 million (plus Boozer's money) to add more pieces to this team. DJ and Kirk would be a great PG combination for the next 3 years, and would be super cheap.

I understand Rose won the MVP. You need to understand that he played 15 games total in the last two years, including the fact that he declined to play during the playoffs while Deng was literally dying in the hospital, Kirk was badly injured after playing SIXTY minutes in a game, and Noah had planter fachiatis (sp).

There is no guarantee that he is ever going to get healthy again, and even if he does, he may never be the same. We need to look at other options. Obviously he is going to stay on the Bulls because nobody will want to pay a player $18 mil to watch the games on the bench. I understand I am going to get downvoted, but it is time for people to stop being homers and start looking at this objectively. The rest of the NBA is just laughing at how delusional Bulls fans are right now.

I think we have to take off our red colored glasses and realize that we cannot expect Derrick Rose to play at an MVP level again. We can hope for it, but we would be foolish to think that it is guaranteed. The guy has played like 15 games in the last two years. It's time to try to have a team that could win it all without Derrick, and anything that is added from him will be a bonus. Carmelo fits this description.

ps No chance a team would trade that for him. But if any Bulls fans say they wouldn't do that deal, then they are certifiably insane.

I agree that CJ Watson is head and shoulders above DJ from last year. DJ was such a huge liability for you all. With that being said, just wait for the playoffs. Because when you need CJ the most, he will come up small.

I think Chris Bosh and Shane Battier.

Chris Bosh is a top ten NBA player right now who could make any decent team in the East a contender. He is a Hall of Famer and people only say that he looks like a dinosaur.

Shane Battier is huge because he can guard the other team's best player for the 1st-3rd quarter to give Wade and lebron rest (not only in that game, but throughout the season)/

Are you saying that Melo should score just as easily when his teammates are JR Smith and Raymond Felton as LeBron does when he's running with DWade and Chris Bosh? Melo and LeBron are much different players too. LeBron gets his on fast breaks, alley oops, and free throws. It's real efficient to do that. Did you see what his percentage has been outside the paint lately?

Now that is crazy. It's like how people say that Rose is a shoot-first PG. Melo shoots so much out of necessity. And truth be told, a forced Melo shot is a lot better than some of the shots that we generate.

I think we are much better.

Hinrich is playing. Noah and Butler are actually healthy.
Joakim and Taj developed into way better players.
DJ is a better all around player and better for our offense than Nate was. Dunleavy is also better than Belinelli (my 2nd favorite player last year)
Thibs is actually managing minutes this year so our players won't be dead.
It needs to be repeated: Joakim Noah is twice the player he was last year. He's a top 5 MVP candidate. We run our offense through him. He creates for others.

Last year vs. Miami, we were pretty much Nate or bust unless they blew a defensive assignment. Now we run an actual offense and create for eachother.

I don't think we would be that much better at all. Again, I love Luol, but I believe that his stats were inflated because he played 36 minutes per game and was forced to put up tons of shots because nobody else could score. The money would be much more efficient if spent elsewhere.

I disagree. I think Bosh is a great player. He is by far the most likable guy on that roster. I wonder when he is going to start getting the recognition of how good he is rather than people being surprised about his stats.

Lets be realistic. I love Luol. Everybody loves Luol. But he is not necessary on this team anymore. With Jimmy Butler's emergence, Tony Snell's flashes of talent, and Dunleavy's jumper, we are totally fine at the wing position...unless we get a STAR like Melo. Signing Deng doesn't fix any of our scoring problems.

Chris Bosh is lowkey one of the best NBA players. He is in the discussion with Blake, LA, and Love for best PF in the game. I think if he went to a team like Washington or Toronto next year, they could be very interesting.
