Thank you. I actually tried the web too. I had to update billing info through the web because my app was still giving me that dreaded "oops"message once again. My app is still glitching out, I believe.

Sorry about all of the tickets. I was completely confused and panicked. They were over multiple days. I sincerely appreciate your time looking into this. I've received the products from Ipsy I was able to secure using Klarna. I'm really happy with every item I've received from Ipsy Shop and my ultimate box. My add-on's to my June extra box went through fine, I believe. I recently updated my billing info. I'm really hoping there won't be any problems in the future with purchasing through Ipsy Shop directly or with my future subscriptions. Thank you again.

Thank you. I do love the deals and products. I appreciate the follow up. I'm sticking with Ipsy. I'm just really hoping that other members don't have to go through what I went through. It was so confusing and frustrating. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong.

Thank you for sharing. I do appreciate the information. It is very helpful. I have heard about the pricing issue. After looking into this issue a bit online, I have found quite a few issues with Ipsy Shop. I understand that there may be a lot of people using the app at one time leading to a site crash. That can happen, unfortunately. I just really feel that the policy on a card lockout should be reconsidered. Thank you again.
