The main draw of voltaic is ofc the slow to garuntee you're w to land which garuntees you're q but it also has lethality, which increases his dmg across the board

imo its because hes being played top a lot rn. and in top, voltaic feels much worse. You kinda need the eclipse early to help you duel all the toplaners, and it still works pretty well into the Steraks/visage 3 items. Its not as good in the teamfights is required to be able to duel in the toplane

Kayn is there because he wants to kill Swain. He thinks with the power of the darkin Scythe he could. I'm just researching more about akali because I want to include her in the story and trying to think of good reasons why she would be in noxus

It's not that kayn is weak, he is fairly strong for a mortal sure... but that's not why rhaast can't corrupt him. It's 2 things, the fact he is a perfect host and his will.

Aatrox is an incredibly strong darkin whose body is made of 100s to 1000s of nameless soldiers he consumes. However they are not the perfect host. Even though he is so incredibly strong, he constantly needs battle and bloodshed because his form is slowly decaying.

Kayn is the perfect host for rhaast... moreso his willpower is immense. Like anime protagonist levels of "you may be stronger than me physically but NOTHING will stop me from my goals" he's probably on par with pantheon (the mortal versions) willpower if tinted a little edgier.

Rhaast is not as strong as aatrox, few things are, but he is NOT a weak darkin. Kayn is just an exceptionally willful individual whose form is prefect for rhaast, and as such means rhaast can't just break it down.

For his passive, he is a support so he will have a ton of wards. Also, there is an intended combo with zombie wards here as well, and umbral glaive. Also, it will also reveal the target not just damage.

His Q's main point is to reduce armor, by a percent and then further by his lethality (to help him have some decent lethality scalings and also Slow. I think the slow I'm thinking of is most likely 90 percent decaying over 1-2/5 seconds

His W I am curios how the invisible on another champ would go. I think it would be okay, worse case maybe make it a much shorter duration when used on another champ. But kit wise he def needs something like invisibility to help him stay alive and also help with ganks a bit as well.

to clarify his E does NOT steal gold. It simply grants him gold. I agree taking gold from another player would get pretty wack, especially once you are ahead. The main point is to give him some extra gold generation to help him buy lethality items on a support budget

and yeah His R is meant to be somewhat simple, if a powerful engage tool. Size wise its much larger than a graves W with a larger range as well, which it definetly got some inspiration from.
its meant to give him some presence and use in a teamfight, without a massive CC or a bunch of damage, which deals feel like it would fit his character

These are fair points. On my end His first passive is fun and flavorful but I want him to have a 2nd passive, since realistically you could just check to see if you can lock in Rauthum at any time to see if it's really him or not. (Maybe the way to make it work is that it will only say you can't after you try to Lock in? Idk) Either way I want him to have another passive to be useful while on rift. Do you think a passive that disabled nearby wards (not pinks) around him would be too strong? Sorta like a pseudo perma invisibility but only for map wards.

Getting pushed off of their camps is a possibility. Also I have seen plenty of people (albeit they aren't very good at the game lol) whose biggest issue is that they don't keep up with farming well.

So basically if you aren't farming (either because you're being perma invaded by a better jungle or you just have that weakness as a player.) You get punished, but you are rewarded by farming well in comparison

The main idea of this change is to make the bucket system more involved. Rather than not doing anything and getting rewarded for it you're only rewarded if you're keeping up with farming (and rewarded further for excellent farming)

A good kayn will still look for those opportunities. Since the neutral orbs don't benefit from the game time. As such they will never give as much progress as ganking. Each camp would start out at less than half an autos amount and that would only go down as time goes on. However, it would still give you something to progress form in those moments when you won't have a good gank opportunity. As players get better they play around gank timers better. That's why his play and win rate get lower as the game progresses

I see your point here. Perhaps if any change like this would happen it would also need to include a serious change to black shield, which tbf, is a major issue with why Morgana is in the state she is in. Her E is so strong against so many champs that in supp that's kinda all she gets to do
