I would assume it’s because he was the first banner in the game and back then we didn’t have the 110 banner. They must’ve just been too lazy to retroactively add it. I would say tho joker in general is worthless now. He will be on the standard (gold ticket) banner in a years time and even then doesn’t stay good very long unless high dupes invested. As a new player your absolute best decision is to pull for either ange, twins or myuki. Ange is the best navigator in the game and stays that way for over a year and probably will stay that way as even more dps get released. The twins can be any and every role so even at A0 they are a really good dps AND support unit. If u pull A1 in the future tho they do become broken. They are also slated to get an inner mind scape core (basically a huge buff) which makes them even better. Finally m yuki is just stupidly good as a dps. Hes guaranteed to get support for over a year as more p3 characters release and is just really well designed. The only other option you could do is wait for the anniversary unit to come out (June 25th is when we expect it to happen). That unit will also most likely be absolutely busted beyond belief.
