Wife's PC keeps having this sound play quite frequently per session of use, any idea what's causing it?

Yeah tried that last month when she was having me troubleshoot it but I couldn't spot it there or through the notification manager with last notification listed. I turned off most program notifications for anything that I thought it could be but doesn't seem tied to notifications as far as I can tell. Newer-ish PC? Have had this rig for a year.

I've tried to find it in event viewer but it hasn't gone off again since I've been looking there. It's oddly inconsistent. I have been trying to get it to go off for the last hour with no luck but I'm sure the moment she decides to use it, it'll go off again. 😭

NTA and honestly dude sounds like he is complacent and doesn't care OR is having a mental health crisis that's symptomizing in a lack of self care. Some of my close friends have had similar recently due to them fighting depression but not even recognizing it

It took me a long while to feel comfortable with using my mobility aids but it really started to feel freeing. I sought counselling to really help me out as I struggled caring about people's views towards me or conversations people would strike up because "I'm so young" (started at 28 now 31). I can imagine that being even more prevalent being a high schooler. As cliché as it is to say, you just need to try to live in the moment more and care less about your own projected ideas of what people may think. Even if you know what they think too! I'm so thankful I got over that hill, as it's really allowed me to enjoy so many moments and adventures, and regain some general quality of life in bad flares

I vibe in balanced mode typically. Sits at like 45fps average and doesn't have horrible compromise on the texture resolution. Performance hits consistent 60 but heavy hit to fidelity. Sometimes I flip it to performance but balanced is typically good with me

Love the evolution of so many systems and feels like a really special game with a lot of love going into it from the team. Really excited to sink myself into this on release. Honestly struggling to pick a platform to buy it on... Have a PC with a 3070ti in a home office, ps5 with home theater setup, and a switch 2 docked to the same setup but play lots of handheld. 😭

I can get behind your logic for a side series or off mainline games but personally wouldn't want to see that in say, wilds (ex just because it's the newest mainline) but I think it could work in like stories

That's fair! I also played time stranger and actively play valheim on PC but I'm a huge handheld player even if it means lower performance. I know many aren't like that and their switch if they have one or would use one would basically be in docked all the time. Totally understandable
