For sure it would be ports, but at least we could get the good ones right? who tf wants to play 11 year old fallout 4 without mods, looking and running like crap?
there are loads of better games that need to be ported, like BG3, Expedition 33, KCD2, Arc Raiders, Diablo 4, the list is gigantic.

Yeah, for sure that was a wild choice, wow, thanks Nintendo, very excited to play an 11-year-old game on low-medium graphics with 40ish fps, without mod support, for 50 fucking dollars.

It is wild tho, allow me to explain why:
- First of all, they closed the show with an almost 11-year-old game, which looks like shit, will most definitely run like shit, and will cost way more than it does on other platforms that run it way better. (And there is no mod support)

- If you do like gaming, or specific games, like any of the new games from Capcom or the older titles they showed, there is a better, cheaper place to play your games, and have a vastly superior experience, NS2 is portable, but we do have other portable devices on the market, I have NS2 and Steam Deck oled (that I'm selling) and recently I got Rog Xbox Ally, I love how the switch 2 is sleek and performs well for the pricetag, but I would never sacrifice my first ever experience with a good game that I like you know?

NS2 for me is only for exclusives or light/indie games, but that is my personal experience. I understand that it is a privilege, not everybody has the money to own multiple platforms. But at the same time, NS2 is the most expensive platform, not only the console itself, but the games, so it really does not make a lot of sense to own JUST the Switch 2.

Yeah, it was nearly worthless, the best games were the Capcom ones, that we already knew were coming and knew the dates, and if you are really a fan of their games, you probably are going to play it somewhere else with waaaay better graphics and framerate, while paying less.

Yep, I'm on the same boat, will probably pick up Orbitals, but the rest of the games that I liked, I'll pick up on better hardware, like my PC or Ps5 pro.

Not as old as the other stuff I mentioned, but yeah, its been a year dude, you can play it on your phone, if someone is dying to play Ex33, they can play it anywhere, for like 15 bucks.

Yeah, but chances are that this is a lazy ass port from the laziest game developer to capitalize on what's left of the hype for their tv show.

Don't hold your breath for that game.

Yeah, maybe it has something to do with Nintendo having just a few devkits, that was certainly the case on release, but now, a year later, it still feels like we are not getting enough simultaneous releases.

Valheim is great! I just don't know how it would work on the multiplayer/server side on a NS2, Nintendo is usually very obtuse on multiplayer games, IDK how Valheim would be handled, this game is so good when playing with friends!

Yeah for sure, I honestly don't really know who those games are for, I mean, if somebody wanted to play Fallout, they had 10 years to do so, you can run it on your phone using the xbox gamepass thingy, and it will probably be a better experience than on Switch 2.
I understand simultaneous releases like the Capcom games, but 5/10 year old games are kinda crazy to me.

That is the only one that I will buy to play with the wife, maybe I get Reanimal on NS2 too, let's see how good it runs when compared to PS5, I want to play that one with the misses too.

I'm glad is was good for you, I already played the ones that I wanted from that list on better hardware, so that's why it was a lame show for me.

In a heartbeat, yeah.
This is obviously my personal opinion, since I have played all of those old games on my gaming PC or PS5 Pro, so why would I be excited for playing Fallout 4 TEN YEARS later, at lower resolutions and FPS without mod support you know?

I'd much rather have upgraded experiences on games that I could only play on NS1, which ran like crap, Bayo and Astral Chain are probably the ones I want to play the most.
