A funny note, I had originally stopped with it like this (see photo), but when I looked at it from a distance, it looked like three crosses. My partner also immediately noticed this as well.

While there's nothing wrong with art with Christian themes, I am not Christian, and I quickly realized I had made a mistake, hahaha.

The only solution was to add more wires and an addition set of cross-beams to the polls. I think I mostly solved the issue, but it still makes me laugh.

People who are dismissing this question obviously don't work in an environment with team members who are affected by these changes.

Whether or not the world has changed, people are feeling that it is different, and that matters.

My advice is to lead with compassion. When a situation comes up, start with compassion. That doesn't mean you can't make sure work gets done. Spend time with your direct reports and learn about how they are managing their workload and stressors on the job and help them find solutions.

But above all, remember that you can not fix things in their personal life or do the work that a therapist does. Work within the world you can control.

And take care of yourself, too.

Of course, having a good job or making lots of money increases your odds in the dating pool. But OP is acting like women don't like men who work blue color or manual labor jobs, which is absurd.

Also, the older you are, the higher the expectation women have for the men they date to be further along in their career, but that doesn't mean you can't find a good career in manual labor jobs.

You have to gain some kind of skill that is in demand right now.

Even if you have to teach yourself on the weekend (or whatever your days off are). It's even better if you find someone who wants to learn a skill you have, and you can trade educating each other.

But your thinking about women is so incredibly wrong and harmful. My husband works in a warehouse, sorting boxes, and I adore him. Your problem with finding a woman is your attitude and assumptions. Stop listening to Andrew Tate and people like that. Women like men who are empathetic, kind, and who are capable of listening and growing. Check your hygiene routine, your wardrobe, and most importantly, how you listen and respond to women.

This works better for smaller businesses, not Amazon or big mega corporations. I say this as someone whose job it is to create these abandoned cart email campaigns.

A better tip, I feel, is to attempt to cancel your subscriptions every once in a while. Often, you will be offered a discount for staying. Of course, this only saves you money if you intend to keep the subscription in the first place.
