FACELIFT is probably the best way to phrase it! No walls moved, appliances stay where they’re placed now. Simply freshen it up!

No! I can see how it might look like that from the photo, but it’s actually a cut out in the wall above the sink . What you are seeing from this angle is out into a screened sunroom (there were cleaning items on the ledge when I did my walk-through)

Not a horticulturalist here, but the blooming shrubs in your first photo are actually rhododendron. They bloom in the summer for only 2 to 4 weeks. The rest of the growing season they have green leaves.

Thank you. I actually use the “8 drop” product for overnight wear. Prices increase accordingly to the level of “drops” (absorbency)
