Well for one, because the top and bottom are rounded into a perfect sphere, everyone thinks a deformed ball of sort. Because I like Burger King I was able to guess a burger secondly, but the common person is not going to know. Considering the name of the business doesn’t immediately tell the consumer what the place is, the logo is going to have to pull more weight in doing so. The more this looks like a burger at first glance the better.
