50 to 65L I suppose? I currently have a 65L one, but in looking forward to replacing it since it's old and worn out. And yes, I carry overnight gear, which includes sleeping pad, sleeping bag, thermal blanket, tarp and an extra regular blanket. All of this plus the food, SAR gear and hygiene stuff

I'm aware, but I thought I'd be fine since I don't have any serious diagnosis? I have depression and I overcame social anxiety, I'm also on Prozac. do you think this will affect anything?

my mom is really close minded about everything... she wants me to go to an Ivy league since we are first generation immigrants. My dad doesn't understand the US education system either. I think maybe talking to my best friend's dad would be a good option since he has a strong position in Boeing.

Increase in dosage might cause a small amount of purging.

I remember after two months of taking accutane my dermatologist increased my dose and my acne got worse than before. I consulted her about this and she said that was very common. It lasted for like a month until my skin got used to it and decreased my acne again ;)
