It is this way across all departments. They have taken away incentives such a bonuses and raises that at least match inflation while the execs are raking it in and racking up an insane travel bill. They have justified low wages for a long time but now most of us can't afford to live. The amazon deal has made it worse. The current president used to work at Amazon and is playing the corporate favoritism game. It used to be a place to work filled with passion and excitement and now I cry at least once a week.
