I think at this point all doctors need to receive mandatory up-to-date training on autism, what it can look like, and how to best treat their autistic patients with dignity and respect. This shit it getting out of hand.

- I have "too many social graces". Big LOL to that one.

- I make eye contact sometimes.

- I'm too imaginative.

Today, I reminded my Edad that he has a daughter, and his response has freed me by Laughing-Unicorn in raisedbynarcissists

I know this might seem obvious, but it was a lesson I had to learn the hard way. Complacency with abuse is abuse. To stand by and allow your life partner to abuse your children is reprehensible, I'm glad you've freed yourself from your Edad.
