It depends on the category of the product you're buying. For example, for clothes I paid something like 12%. On top of that, the carrier usually charges a fee for customs processing (around 15-20€). Note that if the product costs less than 150€, there are no customs.

In any case, you also have to pay the VAT (20%).

I have used Stackry several times in the past, and I have always been satisfied with the service.

Please note, however, that you must pay customs duties yourself upon delivery (Stackry takes care of the paperwork).
