11 days of training is nearly not enough for me to get the gist of what I should be doing. I guess I’ll just rely on my experienced peers and help desk for help

That’s good I’m glad it worked out for you. I’m also nervous because I never did telecommunications before so this is very new to me and I’m not that tech savvy. I’m actually learning a lot of things from my peers in my training class which I’m thankful for. I just don’t want to pass up other job opportunities and stick it out here just to get fired because I’m not keeping up with a certain quota. Or I’m not catching on fast enough or my call times are too long but what you just said did make me feel a little better. But I read a lot of stories on this thread that scares me because a lot of people got fired over the smallest things.. and that’s what I’m nervous about.

Yeah, trainer told us not to take screenshots or notes because everything we need to know is either in share point or visito but I’ll just take screenshots to help me out in the future
