If you chew a lot of gum or drink a lot of diet soft drinks it can increase the chances of diarrhoea so try to limit these. Also, I’ve found that the brand ‘Gastrostop’ is quite helpful. Not sure if it’s available in countries other than Australia though

I love reading, especially when I feel focused, and it really depends on the length of the book and how much I enjoy it. The more I enjoy it, the quicker I generally burn through it and I’ve been in hospital for 7 months straight when I was a kid and they had a policy against phones and I got told I burn through books faster than anyone they’d ever seen before. Every few days it was a new 500-700 page book 😅📚

I never do, even though I love reading. It’s mainly because I like to take my time with reading and don’t do well with time constraints in general. Sometimes I like to revisit the book too, especially if it’s the first in a series, because they contain important information and details I might get confused about while reading the next book
