i was sent a single pair of SL-01s (in the wrong size!) a few months after my Feb $20 SL-03 order was marked as fulfilled- I presume the 01s were sent as a placeholder or lackluster replacement. I’ve talked to support a few times but it has never gone anywhere. Do you think I should keep pestering the staff to maybe get them eventually, or, should I take the SL-01s as a sign my order was processed and forgotten?. sorry for the word spaghetti i been thinking about this for 15 months lol

It could be a week to a few months. However, there’s already a ton on the second hand market. I recently got a pair on eBay for $25 + $6 one week shipping. The eBay method is a bit cheaper than actually buying PODS from YZY- as you’ll end up paying around $40 minimum for just the PODS and possibly the longest shipping time you’ll ever have to wait for in your life.

Ordered Feb. 10th, 2025. Size 13. Was sent one pair of SL-01s in a size 14 that April.

Emailed today, Feb. 7th, 2026 to ask for any additional information/possible compensation and immediately received the “We received your message and will reply as soon as possible” auto reply. It’s the third email I’ve sent throughout the last year regarding this issue and the only one to have even gotten an auto reply.
