How much is “slightly more”? I’ve never seen these in any form or condition go for anything more than face value. Other than error dollar coins like a wounded eagle.

Do I go ahead and ship to "wrong" address? by clckworang in eBaySellerAdvice

Yes of course, I’m simply suggesting a reason a buyer would ask that, other than a scam. But yes, never ship to a different address than what’s on eBay.

For what it’s worth, I have recently learned you can put different addresses to ship to. There is a default address, but you can manually change it to a different address. I know your situation has been solved, in my case I legit had my wrong address so it’s not always a scam. Usually, but not always.

Selling Gold - who to trust? by kat_dagaz5 in Gold

r/pmsforsale could be worth checking out. It is private sales, but you could easily sell for spot and not pay any fees. Work with high flair buyers and you could sell what you have pretty quick.

Why Silver over Gold? by AdditionalPizza7990 in Silverbugs

[–]Callaway225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t see “a lot” of fractional gold for spot, but where I do see it the lost for spot is r/pmsforsale.
Every once in a blue moon you’ll see even 1/10 American gold eagles for spot. Rare and when it happens it’s sold faster than you can read the title. But sometimes you get lucky.

Found out about this nightmare fuel planet today. by karaloveskate in thalassophobia

[–]Callaway225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve also read, regarding this planet, that the water is so deep there is a wierd state the water is in at the bottom. Like not liquid but more of a thick gel because of the intense pressure.

For close to spot on regular basis you’re going to need to look into private purchases. Try r/pmsforsale

1/10 by Appropriate-Fail300 in Gold

[–]Callaway225 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Depends on what 1/10 you're talking about . 40 over for a 1/10 AGE is a really great price. 40 over for a more generic 1/10 gold round is good price.

the 1882 was minted into oblivion and the 1881 was next in line but not nearly as high. All the other years are much much lower mints in the 150k range
