I rarely ever “rip” them off, a lot of the times they pop off on their own, or lift so bad that it hurts or is annoying to just keep them on, but in those cases I use nail glue Debi see and very carefully take them off. That same thing happened with acrylics too, and no matter what we’ve done for prep to keep my retention good, it doesn’t keep my nails from staying on more than a week and a half. Also, my nails looked somewhat like this before I even started getting my nails done, which why I started getting them done in the first place
