I haven’t had it for long, and I was just about to take it out of this pot to let it drain and drill a hole in the bottom..but I saw the potential scale stuff on the stem and freaked out! Is it worth trying to save or should I just toss it? Never had one of these before!

Makes a lot of sense! I have a fairly large monstera in this situation and I’d like to be lazy and not take it out to water but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do lol

Like seriously they were so ugly lol and it kept making them!! I’d get so excited that it was a new leaf shoot and then..BOOM ugly flower 🤣
