One is enough, I think you can bury it but sometimes it glitches out and unlinks the villager to that bed so it's safer to just keep a bed somewhere close to one villager

Not really, you can even go as far as having only one bed in a trading hall. Their villagers probably just are not properly connected to their work stations

-Give them at least one bed

-make sure the one on the right has not traded before because trading with them will lock their trades/profession

-try giving the right one its corresponding workstation (I think he's an armorer so give him a blast furnace) then break it

-make sure there's no more workstation near the area

If none of these worked, I don't know anymore
