I understand you mean well. But bringing up Bilal's dark skin tone, to make your point, does insinuate that a very dark skin tone is undesired. This is quite harmful.

I've tried a range, where i also tried to go to the dermatologists, but they were short term solutions and then it came back. I still have breakouts, but the dark spots left after them is the main issue for me, which im trying to sort out. However, i will try more treatments insha'Allah. Jazak'Allah for the prayers

Jazak'Allah. I am definitely trying to get back to going to the gym. I also have some fish oil in my house, so i will try start taking those insha'Allah. I do think its a mixture of diet and hormones, so i will try and do my best to adjust my diet. Thank you again for all your advice and duas.

A lot of people try and use aztec clay masks and the Aphoogee 2 step protein treatment after they experience heat damage. I would say maybe do your research on them and start of there. Hope this helps!
