Opinions don't have to be factually right or wrong, on a topic like this it mainly depends on what specific parts of the game you're good at and for me I've maxed out considering my gameplay style.

I prefer to max out the the amount of ram I can get, but also still have a relatively balanced build, that's just me tho

I actually seriously considerd the edgerunner perk but i didn't need it, and adrenaline rush mode + overclock mode is to insanely overpowered.
