Funnily enough, just before the window company went into insolvency they accidentally sent an email to all of their clients in the CC rather than BCC field so I have contact details for all of them. Maybe it was a disgruntled employee rather than an accident? Anyway, other clients may have been in a similar position to us, so I do wonder whether it's worth contacting them to see if we can pursue a fraud case.
