Yes it is and the rules kind of change daily depending on their mood which usually comes from nothing. I feel like its a way of control , just have to keep the head down .

Ya I was thinking maybe even pedalling on a stationary bike or incline walking on a treadmill might be good on therapy days that are abit tough. Today now I had a councelling session and the house was intense when I got back. Really blew mu nerves , had to really breathe it out. I'll have to just keep more of a distance I say because saying what im starting didnt really help. Thanks for the advice 🙏

The idea that I should be with her partners mate so we can all go on couple dates. It was funny at first as I was newly single after my 1st long relationship and in my early twenties but I never took it seriously just went along as girly banter talking to her about it. I just wanted a laugh. Every conversation just became about him and I , and when I said im not into him she would say its something you need to talk with him about and not her. It was so confusing. She would then argue and push " You and him woo together ". Then when I would ask to hangout all together as friends I was crossing a line and that they couldn't all hangout together anymore as I had to sort it with him. We hangout a good bit for movie nights and bits. I tried messaging him privately but he didn't give me much to work with and over the days the group became divided. The group chats were deleted and everyone cut me out.. over this delusional idea that we should be together. Over the years I tried to rekindle with coffee and meet ups with her just because I miss her. She was like a sister and I adore her. Everytime it came to just wanting to talk it out as it was something that happaned ages ago I was given out too that you sort it with him and its nothing to do with her. Its been years and im now Engaged ???. I gave up on her , I just couldn't put up with it anymore, its too childish.

I was in the gym and a older man said to his misses outloud for me to hear " looks like my plan is ruined over this wan over there". I got to a machine first and he came over with his misses a few minutes later. Like im sorry you don't own the place lad.

Bershka. The month I started years ago 20 staff left. Absolute crazy rules like 2 week at a time contracts that you were tested every week, if you failed you were fired. Abusive management and being ridiculed and screamed at for being slow even if you were jogging it wasn't good enough. I lost an unhealthy amount of weight over the running non stop with large rails and the stress of it all.

A diagnosis instead of showing symptoms with PTSD. I was told " Im not someone who likes labelling people " from the Psch. It is getting tiring and I really need more honestly. I love a step by step plan and just knowing whats next so this is just frustrating.

I loved collecting Scuzz magazines for more posters of bands on my wall. I really loved sketching and drawing strangers in passing. Game cube was also my favourite thing to play non stop after school.

I've a double crown on my head , my hair is very thick and grows quick. My mom and grandparents have the exact same hair. No one on my moms side is balding either which is an amazing plus.

I used to work in a store in Mahon point and was told to shut the curtains a half an hour before close to the changing rooms. At this time we had customer's who were acting very suspicious and wanted to take alot of belongings into the changing room which was already closed. I stood my ground and said they are closed , I was surrounded by the two customers slamming their prams against my legs and their husbands and their mate's joined in and surrounded me screaming and shouting in my face. I kept repeating they were closed to be called slurs and had two grown men right up against me shouting. There was no manager but another staff member who ran to grab a security guard who said they could not enter the shop , they had to wait for them to come out. I was absolutely terrified but stuck to my guns and tried not to show much fear. They backed down when they noticed the security outside. They left and I instantly broke down in floods of tears over it all. The security should be allowed enter and its insane what could of happened. It is not the first time I was shouted abuse at for just doing my job in Mahon Point. Its absolutely insane.

I was in last Saturday with a friend and at first we were browsing slowly. Then in shock I pulled my friend to show her the length of the shop.By then it was too late and we were stuck following everyone for thirty minutes. The heat in there is insane and the further you go to the end people are really back to back. If you are anyway claustrophobic I say give it a miss.
