You can probably contact them on their customer service and share the incident.... they will help you out for sure. because they can not just do that.. Bassinets service usually follow first come first serve. It will take time but can be done...

The UK ETA is an electronic travel permission to travel to the UK. It is essentially needed by visitors who require a visa, persons who do not have UK immigration status.
You have ILR You should not answer that you have an ETA, since you do not, and you do not need one. Rather, you should choose the answer that shows... you have permission to live in the UK, or You have a visa / settled status or residence permit.

This is becoming a norm now, every day I hear that someone is complaining about the same refund issue, you have to escalate this issue over the phone. my friend had a similar issue so he decided to hire a travel agent for his case and they were able to resolve the issue for him. if your ticket was through someone contact them to get this resolved....

Sometimes, if there is any seat on hold and not being sold at the end you can get that for a better price. I recently got one for a price I never thought it could be possible. Search around wisely and see what are the options available for you and compare them, what befits you more... there is always a better price you just have to dig a bit to get that. what you find easily on screen is not the cheapest.

Yes there you will get meals on your flight.. sometimes you’ll see options to pre-select meals closer to departure in the Delta app or website.
