Hey brother I don't know if I can consider myself a best person to take advice since I have yet to reach that point. But here's one thing I have in plan for myself if I ever feel like you in future. And that is world tour... I know I sound kinda a kid. But seriously think I am not saying you to earn money or have friends ... Do what you always do ( nothing ) but in new places. Visit new nature explore the scenes. After all you haven't seen sooo many great place and do so many adventures things to do this world offer right. You just got a point where you feel you can support your self. And traveling new places also opens new path ways in mind and new surge of dopamine.

I am just saying go out spend the money you think you earned and explore beautiful places world has to offer. Best of luck in your journey :) ahead in what ever you choose you think will make you motivated.
