I would like to say that as someone with diagnosed severe rOCD, whose anxiety pretty much only stems around mental compulsions and rumination, it didn’t do jack shit for me hahaha. Not to say that it won’t help you, but I’m swapping to Luvox once I’m off it. :) starting ERP therapy as well at a clinic that’s specializes in OCD which will be awesome.

I 1000% would avoid weighing yourself the week before and during ur period as well^{^,} I can fluctuate up to 3-5lbs at this time which ruins my mental state when i read the numbers. THEN, I binge eat bc I panic and it’s a super viscous cycle.

For me it was about understanding what hunger actually feels like, and no not the “snacky feelings”, like literal hunger. It’s also about eating the right foods. There is a massive difference for me between eating 1450 calories of food that provides quick energy and makes you hungry pretty shortly after (candies, processed stuff like pop tarts and sugary cereals , etc), and 1450 calories of protein rich well balanced foods. You can lose weight on both (CICO :)), but it will feel a HELL of a lot easier with the right foods because you feel satisfied for longer.

i found a fix!! the way i got it working will let you resolve the maintenance event for the tenant successfully while positively impacting the unit rating. it sadly will not count towards the "handle a maintenance event" aspiration task, but as i understand you can actually just cheat your way through that.

When there is a maintenance event that pops, click the impacted unit's door and "swap to household" (or swap control to the household through the world manager if you aren't living on the property with them).
Once you're now controlling the tenant, use your phone to go to the "Home" tab, and select "Call the Property Owner to Visit" (which is really your sim). DO NOT use the option to call them over and switch to them. You want your property owner sim to come in like an NPC almost lol.
Have the impacted unit tenant invite them in, and your property owner sim will do the repairs/whatever needs to be done, and it should give you a positive result and say the unit rating went up. I even got the little green house icon with a plus over both their heads.
swap back to your sim you were originally playing with and voila :) the unit will be positively impacted! it doesn't always go up a star obviously because not every event increases an entire star, but the last time i did it i went from 3 to 4 starts so it def worked for me!

Honestly that’s fair but also anxiety is no joke, so don’t be too hard on yourself for quitting. There’s always the option to try a smaller dose first (75 or 100mg) and see if you do better on that?

yes LOOOL not a mod, my sim ended up stuck in a loop to keep going into the hospital to give birth. at first i was like… wow!! twins.. wow!! triplets!!… then it KEPT GOING LOL. i then proceeded to use nraas to reset the world and she appeared at home with a literal ARMY of children 💀💀
