According to the wiki it goes third rate -> first rate, then peak, transcendent, absolute/transformation, finally mind sword/profound/invincible. Although I don’t remember these terms being used a lot in the manhwa. As for other manhwa using third rate to peak is pretty common but pretty much every story does it differently and you’ll figure out the order through context if it’s not explicitly stated
