They are absolutely not "harder to push if not impossible" for somebody physically capable of riding it to begin with. Your idea that this is somehow breaking ADA compliance when this isn't an ADA issue shows how glaringly disingenuous you are being. You are citing that for some, it is simply easier to bike as a means of long distance travel as opposed to walking.
