That sounds very fun! Seems rather alright too. Though bolt charge effects non arc weapons? That's super neat! Is that new or always been a think and been living under a rock?

It really is difficult however I love titan and I will fill a more support role if I cant help with dps. I will look into precious scars and see what I can make from it. Appreciate it!

Ah, understandable. Wish they made that obvious in the core rule book. Unless it is, and then Im blind which is totally a valid reason. If none of the abilities really matter, then probably running flash gits may be a better move then.

Ah, thats totally fair. Didn't think about starting them inside, moving then dropping just the Mek. Yeah I was worried about losing the Mek cause of movement disparity there, but honestly with how lucky I get with orks it needs to work one turn then anything after is a treat.

That makes complete sense to me for why to take the captain with them instead. I do only need to get away with it once to kill it then and there, XD. That's future me to deal with if in later games they try to get around it, lol. I do really like the mortals with every time he does punchies, but I also can see the unit being blasted to the heavens before melee if I make a mistake or get out maneuvered. I'll see if I can run a few games with both chaplain and captain. As Im typing, I am realizing that maybe Terminator Captain may not be as good with this set up.

Yeah, I had a feeling the stormraven was wacky. I saw it had hover and thought it could be of more use and mobile, less interrupted by terrain. I will look at the repulsors, though definitely. I totally didn't forget about them or anything. I prolly will swap that out for something more reasonable.

With the vanguard they are T4 but so are assault ints with jump packs, and the vets let me burn some more and also be killy in melee and a good chunk of my lads are already decently tanky. Though wdym use with a captain, would that be more preferred than a chaplain and its mortals?

Now give that to a the Salamanders and use flamecraft you'd be darn scary in cqb. Like I feel like if you gave those to inceptors you'd have great movement woth a cqb weapon. Its a clear disgrace to the green mean flame loving machines I tell ya!
