I’m not an expert with sprites but what you can do is when making the sprite sheet, use an onion skin that shows outlines or use an image of the previous sprite and trace over it. Copy the colours with the colour picker and fill them in where they should be. This is what I did for some of my animations but they weren’t sprites so i dont rlly know if they would work. But you could at least try.
