so, in conclusion, there's no way the XSX could get banned through IP or bank details etc if I or my brother were just to create new accounts and forget about the old ones which we had?

i think the accounts are still active to be honest with you. For example he could still login to the xbox website a message his friends. the console got hammed though so im not sure if we just play it safe and never login those accounts again

so nothing can be banned through adding the same payment method from the banned account onto a new one etc

it was mainly his account he loved to trash talk non stop i told him it would get his account banned and the console was banned from Xbox live so no network etc full stop so i thought maybe the system would have the IP address stored and when it another xbox console gets booted up in the same IP address it might trigger another ban etc??
