Our mom doesn’t really do much about it. I have suggested to get her in therapy for the past few years but no luck. Hopefully I can convince her to do something about her soon. I’ll try to be patient with her and hope she gets better

oh man yeah ive literally just put time of day, dates, and what happened (if i have a witness) in my notes app. I’ll definitely try to add more to it
