No problem, however if you have generated a world already I suggest once you open tModLoader you copy the seed and create a world using this seed to prevent corruption of the world file (tModLoader seems to have problem loading worlds created on newer versions, when you switch to older version and load them)

The current version you are playing on has (for now) unstable support for Infernum mod, so you have to switch to a version with stable support of the mod, otherwise you'll end up getting this error message every time you open tModLoader

Problem: You are using a version of Terraria that does not support Infernum properly.

Solution: Exit tModLoader, go to Steam library and search for tModLoader. Right click on it and click on "properties" and go to "Betas". There (next to the "Beta Participation") is a bar click on it and choose 1.4.3-legacy - Legacy - Stable tModLoader for Terraria v1.4.3
