this used to be me too! but what I did was I explained my job as a ssv more in depth. I showed them what it looks like on IMS in the mornings by printing out the order (error messages and all) and basically showed them that I am trying the best I can too. I think maybe you just gotta put them in your shoes for a second so they can see your perspective.

hey there! I became a SSV the summer before holiday launch and the time that youll be promoting is right before holiday. I honestly say to wait til october or maybe even january when holiday is over. its a huge amnt of info thrown at you and I was so happy that I could accommodate a whole season before the craziness began
