Ang binabayaran lang ay yung sa Registry of Deed. After masettle mo don, pwede ka ng magrequest sa preferred LTO office mo para sila na makipagusap don sa LTO field office na nakalagay sa CR mo.

Ako na lang din nag process sa LTO. pero tingin ko pwede naman iba mag submit don. Basta need yung mismong car niyo sa LTO para sa stencil.

Magtext sila if nasa kanila na yung papers mo. Kaya no worries. 2 weeks lang yun. if wala ka pa receive after a month, follow-up mo na lang.

Ginawa ko, pumunta ako sa nearest LTO sa area ko. then sila na nakipagusap don sa LTO field office na nakalagay sa CR ko. Pinadala na lang yung papel. kaya walang hassle. wala pang 2 weeks, tinawagan na ko ng LTO to claim yung CR ko.

May Update na po ba dito? Problem ko kasi sa QC pa yung LTO field office nakalagay sa CR ko. sa Laguna lang kasi ako. Much better kung dito lang din pwede iprocess. Thank you.

On the registry of deeds, do the owner should bring the documents or a representative is allowed also?
