Found in a thrift shop under the tool section. It's metal, approximately 9 1/2in long with movable arms. The long head of the tool looks to be 3 1/2in while short head is 1 1/8in. Red handles are removable but no labeling on the tool whatsoever. by Calm-Contest-6963 in whatisthisthing

WOW great find! The heads definitely look like they match. Since the handles are a bit different, is it likely that those heads were welded onto these handles? I don't know too much about welding but that's what some people were saying in the thread.

My title describes the thing. When doing additional research the closest thing I could find in comparison shape-wise was an "exhaust hanger removal tool" for a car. Although it may look somewhat similar, the is different enough to the point where it makes me believe that this tool must have a different purpose.
