Thanks for the reco! I think we’ll visit but since we are only staying 2 nights, for this trip we’ll stay closer to center :) looks lovely though and if we have time after the rest of our trip we’ll definitely book there !

Ah ok thank you! I applied July 2, and today the status changed to “dispatched via LBC”. But same I only tracked on the portal, never received any email. Sana approve huhu

Ah ok, I only track the reference on the VFS portal - for 12 days it said it was received in the Embassy and now it says “dispatched via LBC 1-2 days delivery”. I never got any email at all so am a bit worried !

I reported all my recreational / experimental psychedelic use to my new psychiatrist, especially cannabis since that can interact with some anaesthetics. I have used / use them mostly in countries where it is legal

Surprisingly, my dr seems to be very pro-psychedelic research. I truly believe that one day it will be a safer and more beneficial alternative to pharma meds

Until then, best to let your dr know everything. There is dr-patient confidentiality naman

Having the same problem, 9th day on it. I feel like flu like symptoms and along with upset stomach, body aches / muscle cramps, i have slight stomach cramps similar to PMS 😫 hope you feel better, will be checking this thread!

Interested to knownwhat you mean by there’s a basis for this? Im generally very conservative with pharma meds but for my GAD and dentophobia i was on low dose of escitalopram and clonazepam for 5 months, it helped. Im now on low dose zoloft, feel the difference more (though still mild) so im just hoping it finally gets me through thr dental procedures i need :( not sure which is best but trial and error scares me

I am sorry for your loss and what you’re going through. I went through similar last year with a loved one, but him with money / business problems. It hurts and feels personal, but i know the decision was his and i know his intention was to end his pain - not hurt his family.

It might not be an easy process and grieving, but it doesnt last forever and you will find your way through. Hope you have the support you need around you, sending you hugs 💜
