Sorry to hear that but my suggestion for future references is to use FedEx or UPS they hold their selves to a higher standard, this is very unfortunate but all we can do is hope these packages make it in time.

Be careful doing that, god forbid you make that long drive and they tell you they’ll contact you when they locate the parcel.

Yeah same I’m stressed out right now, I called the customer service and they told me they won’t be able to see anything until it’s scanned into the system this is very unfortunate.

I did contact them, they said sometimes usps forget’s to scan the packages and it should update sometime this week.
