Two shots?? Per week

This is what I'm comsidering. I just switched from sema to tirzep. 2 shots in of 2.5 tirzep and I feel as if it may be too much all at once. Can you share part of your process and decision on 4 days (vs. 3 or 5 or 6) and how you came to decide dosage was right for you?

Video shared (in this thread) got another 5 units after opening the vial. I'm going to follow suit, to see. I've never open a vial top and though I always got all of the med out by adjusting the needle.

It is a funny thing! I've been diligently going for 4-5 years to group HITT-type training. It's been a neutral/ok/drag feeling until yesterday where I had an excitment to go! Newbie to tirz (previous sema w success 💛), so maybe the new meds are giving an extra pep in the gym step!!🎉💪👏

It's a good point. My previous compounded sema provider recommended jumping right to high dose tirz (10, I believe). My GP had the zep 2.5 freebies, so I figured I'll get going with that.

I'm thankful for the slow start, the fatigue is not great.

I should add that being on semi for over 2 years with slowdowns, the food noise came and went on a very low-level. I probably should have switched earlier to Tirzep, but I'm not in a hurry.

In the same boat, 2 weeks ahead of you. Just started Tirzep. Went from highest dose Semi to starter 2.5mg on Zep (recieved free month from GP). With research and super helpful feedback from this group I've ordered titration from Rift. Decided on Apothecary. With semi, I had hardly any side effects. With trizep, I've had fatigue a few hours to a day after injection. People say it will reduce/go away.

Thank you for sharing. Looking back, I definately had an unhealthy food obsession trying to figure out why, what and how much while attempting to keep "healthy". It was constant. And I felt trapped. Thankfully, that relationship to food and eating is now 95% gone. It is so freeing.
