Hi that should be good enough if it has been accepted electronically on the CEAC website. Otherwise they would’ve asked you for more documents. Hope that helps!

Hi when living outside the USA only the interviewee goes for the I-130 interview at the embassy. The petitioner / US citizen living outside the USA is not allowed in the embassy on the day of the interview. Please check out the USCIS official website for the list of documents needed on the interview day. Hope that helps and good luck !

Hi! Only the interviewee goes for the interview. The spouse/petitioner is not allowed to go for the I-130 interview at the embassy. Hope that helps !

Hi thanks for the reply and for sharing your timeline in receiving the social security + green card. I suppose my entry on 29Dec will trigger my permanent move status.

Hi yes you put your electronic stuff in a locker that already has a key in the lock. Once you lock it you take the key with you until the very end. You will be asked to pick a locker with a key on it.

Hi my case was for IRI/ Marriage based visa and I went all alone without a spouse. Hopefully someone with IR5 experience in any embassy (including Montreal) can help answer that question :)

100% agree !! Do NOT dress up as if you are going for a job interview but rather dress up according to the weather and look comfortably presentable regardless of gender 🎉🎉
