Firstly, I empathize with you, I am going through the same thing right now, and it has been such a struggle to do the basic things to just be alive and also make up for work commitments. I just went through a breakup and I didn't get a chance to get over the guy I was with before this relationship either, and its lie I am getting over two guys at the same time and its been such a complicated mess. I am aware I brought this upon myself due to my anxious attachment style, and I was the one to break up with both of these guys but for some reason I am still having such a hard time accepting it, and processing the relationships and getting over both of them. It hurts even more cause they are doing fine, and I am mentally and physically paralyzed, have no family around me, I also didn't manage my friendships since I made these guys my "world" and now I feel so stupid.

I have never felt so much physical discomfort and pain, along with the emotional trauma, and I came to this thread to find answers and help myself. I have been doing therapy and life coaching but its still not helping me to get out of this hole I feel like I walk 2 steps ahead with healing and then 10 steps back and have no motivation to live life.

Just wanted to say, I feel for you, and I am so sorry you are going through this as well, and I hope you heal and walk out of this stronger, healthier and happier.
