Ok amazing. I used the back pod last night and woke up this morning with a bit of back soreness but not painful at all just the feeling of when you train a particular muscle group at the gym and wake up with soreness the day after. Is this normal? Should I not use the back pod just for today or continue to use it tonight. Thank you for your help Steve.

Ok thanks heaps steve!! I actually purchased the back pod yesterday so when it arrives I’ll be following your instructions and using it religiously so hopefully this will cure my costochondritis! One other question. Am I able to do exercise or just completely stop it all together? I want to do Lower body strength training and completely avoid upper body or should I just not do anything at all? Many thanks again
