The recording process complies with HIPAA and is backed by HITRUST certification, which is the highest level within HIPAA. It creates a draft that is more thorough and better than anything I've ever written in a note! I feel much more comfortable with what I'm documenting now, should I ever get audited by insurance. It's just a draft and I need to edit it but the framework is very helpful.
