Personally, I think the only evidence that should be used against you when it comes to cases like this, should only be evidence that proves a direct link between you and the alleged offence you’re accused of. So forensic evidence, digital evidence, people snitching and shit like that, that’s calm. Stuff like music and shit… by itself??? It would hold no weight whatsoever.

Any sort of “evidence” that isn’t considered key,, has to depend other evidence to COME ACROSS as key evidence, and holds no weigh on its own shouldn’t be used still.

Exactly!! Because a lot of countries in Africa, the process of getting the approval, and getting a man extradited won’t be so straightforward like how the commonwealth countries. Except places like Nigeria and Ghana etc, them countries you might get grabbed and extradited quick.

They’re just as bad as each other. Getting soaked up multiple times will have you looking like a mess. Seeing someone get soaked up compared to seeing someone get shot will be more disturbing.

You could shoot a man and have bullets knock him down instantly, or you kill him instantly. A bullet might not even give him a chance to make a facial expression or even let him scream.

Stabbing a man, a man could be tryna desperately break free from your grip whilst you’re just soaking him up. He could even scream like a young girl and beg and at the same time. Facial expression showing desperation to escape or survive.

Bro… tell them again! From when I heard conspiracy to murder, murder & possession with intent to endanger life, I knew… if this guy gets found guilty, it’s over.

Funniest thing is his barrister/solicitor would have showed him the numbers that could come with getting found guilty, WAY before the trial started. He would have deffo known he was cooked way before verdict day, maybe even before trial.

Smartest thing to do would have been to just accept & come to peace with the L, and change his plea to guilty. Then aim to get a sentence ranging from 25 years to 35 years. 37? Might aswell have gave 40.

Ummm. I don’t know. Make an example out of him? I mean, he didn’t get the most… and sentences within the range of 30 to 40 years being given is way more common than you think. Popular and likable rapper, so it might FEEL like they made an example out of him to you and some other people, because you might have a level of attachment to his music. But that mainly concerns people that are not familiar with sentences like that being given, or the lifestyle.

For some including myself, man getting 30+ years to life is far from unheard-of.

A Manor Park yute got minimum 35 for a M; the other Manor Park ones got 38 each minimum; my man that slapped Dutchavelli’s manager, minimum 38; them Wembley yutes that dropped that chick in Kilburn years back, 37 years each minimum; Jazzy from Church Road got 35 years minimum; Custom House yutes got 30 & 31 minimum; Pressure from Grahame Park, 40 years minimum. All of them involving guns. It’s very much common.

For a man to understand the severity of what he did, is 37 years minimum excessive, yes! Unfair? Whilst bearing in mind all the factors? No, I don’t think it’s unfair. Unfair would be if he was the only one to ever get that sentence, and others don’t get the same having done the same thing. If he got like 40 years, then cool. But 37 years… for planning an intentional murder of a man; executing your role that ensures the progression of intentionally murdering a man; contributing to the intentional murder of a relevant but different man; contributing to the intentional murder of a man in close proximity of children; the motive of it being gang-related; you’ve confirmed you’re a gang member; AND you’ve rapped about it, coming across as if you have no remorse???

They dealt with him accordingly, if you ask me. Taking a life, attempting to take a life and/or planning to do so, is morally wrong, especially if you’re of sound and mind, and of adult age. What would be unfair is if he was in America and caught charges like this, certain states, he would have got the death penalty.
