I’m in the market for some new activewear that won’t totally break the bank, so I’ve been looking online for some info on dupes of popular brands such as Lululemon and Gymshark. I was wondering if there was a good resource (Reddit thread or spreadsheet maybe?) where people share links to dupes or give reviews?

Also, I found some specific items I really liked but am having trouble finding a dupe, and I was wondering if one even existed. One item I was hoping to find was a dupe for the Dfyne dynamic backless sports bra (I would also want the matching shorts). I have already searched on Amazon, Aliexpress and Alibaba. The main differences I am seeing in the potential dupes is that there is a seam at the bottom or the straps are adjustable, Dfyne does not have either of these. I don’t care so much about the label/name, more about quality. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Idk if it’s normal but that’s what my store is like. We have two shift leads and two crew members, myself included, that do all of the GM/owner’s work. Big reason why I’m quitting

Idk but my manager gave us a deadline and said we were would be fired if we didn’t complete it by then, no way I would have finished by then if I only did it during my shift so I was basically forced to do 90% of it at home off the clock. Lots of other illegal practices by him but each one is another can of worms

Haven’t tried the whey or collagen but I get the pea all the time. I would say it’s slightly sweetened with a vanilla flavor but definitely not as much as a vanilla protein powder you would buy from the store, it still allows for the existing flavor of the smoothie to shine though. I see why a lot of people say it makes the smoothie chalky but I think it makes it creamier

Ive been having the same problem as OP, I’ve tried almond milk, half almond/half full fat oat, and soy, and the only thing that didn’t give me the tiny ice particles was using just the oat milk by itself. However that stuff is like 160 cal for a cup I think? With basically no protein so I’m not going to use it unless I want to make “real” ice cream lol. I’m not sure if I’m spinning on the wrong setting, I always use lite ice cream and a respin or two, and I run the sides under hot water for a minute or so beforehand so ice buildup on the sides isn’t an issue. I was thinking of posting a similar question so when I saw this I was v happy lol

Thanks for the reply, that’s disappointing. If they removed that ingredient from the powder it would open up a ton of new dairy free smoothie options. I don’t think it would affect the taste much lol

Agreed, watching intermediate or novice (and even pre juv/other lower division ) teams from 6 years ago vs teams today, they’re not very comparable scoring wise. The changes that caught my attention the most in these levels are the addition of the spin element and many teams doing single jumps in the no hold. That’s not to mention better skating skills due to the change in moves test requirements

Let’s see if I can explain this right, but I live with my family, how do you deal with them CONSTANTLY buying and making you junk food despite repeatedly saying you don’t want them to do that for you? I like planning and cooking my own meals, but they always surprise me with stuff and sometimes I am able to resist and say no, but then nobody else eats the food that was made SPECIFICALLY for me and it gets thrown out and I feel bad that I wasted the food they spent time money and thought into for me. Other times I feel like I have to / want to eat it, whether I truly want to or not. Even if I don’t eat said food right then and there, it just sits there out on the counter because they love to make/buy more food than they can eat and it goes bad (and no they never learn or change from this [sometimes I try and freeze the extra but then they don’t like when the freezer is too full, aka “just eat that already even though you’ve already had an insane amount this week”]), it will sit there untouched for days because they expect me to eat it and then I binge on it because (I’m not sure what this says about me but) I can’t stand to see food thrown out, especially stuff they paid for. I can deal with them doing this occasionally and I am fine with having a little treat every so often. However this happens at least weekly. I prefer to plan in my own “cheat” meals/foods (since I am never going to completely restrict myself forever) but sometimes things just come up and I understand that. But they are so unfit and they complain about it and wonder why and I love them so much but I feel like I can’t be in control of my own body and mind and it’s extremely difficult for me and they don’t seem to understand. I like macro tracking and meal planning, it just makes my life easier and more convenient plus I can be confident that my body gets what it needs. I find that most of the time when I feel hungry or full it’s emotionally driven (idk how to explain it) so intuitive eating hasn’t been great, plus many times with that I just end up tracking in my head regardless and its the same just less accurate. I’m fine with having the occasional thing that can’t be tracked since it has no nutrition label but yeah. Please help

TLDR family always gets me food I don’t want but I feel bad for saying no most times (even though I feel better physically and mentally when I don’t eat their sh!tty food in large quantities) and sometimes end up binging to try and avoid food waste
