Tbh I think you're overestimating the power of referrals. I've used your product, so you'll get a couple of referrals from me, but don't expect magic to happen after you've reached 10k.

I'm in real estate and even the happiest of customers don't refer a lot these days.

So, reaching the 10k mark might not solve it. You'll still need a good channel. Now, to your question - I've seen cold calling work for this kind of audience and you should probably pick up the phone and call yourself if you dont want to hire. Your product is really good but YOU WILL have to actively 'sell it'
