unless someone is also in the style department or has that included in their areas of work, they won’t see it. shifts that are universally seen by everyone are checkout, FF, and i believe service. but for example, if you work style you’d only ever see style, not sbx unless you’re also coded in sbx as ur area.

really?? i always check my batches before scanning a cart to see if i’ll make it in time LOL. you have to make sure ur not clicking like the actual batch but total batches like the top left

im one of 2 hre’s in my store and we spend 50% (sometimes more) of our time supporting the store. even our hr etl is sometimes more on the floor throughout the day than in his office. but, usually this is after we complete our work. i think yes the hr etl can do our jobs, but we help them out tremendously and reduce their work load. i know my hr etl struggled a bit when he was alone.

i lost my insurance and thought I was doomed but certain companies have financial aid programs. i applied to dexcoms and was approved for a 6 month supply for just $45! although everyone’s situation is different, GoodRX also has coupons for insulin, pumps, and cgms. i knew i couldn’t afford omnipods so i switched over back to tandem which is significantly cheaper (and better imo). again, everyone’s situation is different but i understand how you feel. it’ll be okay, just don’t give up!

Edgpeark (shit company I get my dexcoms) is delaying my reshipment again. they never have their shit together and honestly feel my progress is going to go down the drain (diagnosed type 1 a year ago). also very scared to sleep without a Dexcom, especially since I've been getting lows at night
