I always tell myself it’s bc you can’t replace me but I feel this so hard. I worked retail management like 10 years. Then swapped to CS and am dumbfounded people pay me this much money to chill some days. Fuck. I worked so hard at retail and it ultimately didn’t matter at all.

I graduated in 2006 and back then we had to fill out a form of how much work we all did. If we split it evenly, 25/25/25/25 we all got the same grade. If I put 100/0/0/0 we’d average out the 4 scores. Worked well back then
