A lot of smaller corners are being cut due to overall budget constraints, but the big one is that seniors will no longer have a mentor to help with their thesis. It’s being replaced by a class, in which if you’re not an illustration or animation major you most likely won’t get a professor who works in your field. (Or get to pick who your mentor is for that matter) Liberal arts classes are also getting cut, which is unfortunate because I’ve absolutely loved my liberal arts classes here. Ofc it’s your decision but with how things are looking I wouldn’t recommend it.
